Intrusive checks have side effects: bust caches, send a real email to your notify address, audit the live Vapi prompt. Run them on demand, not for routine sweeps.
Multi-property checks Operator only
Confirms the multi-property switcher and every page that depends on it is behaving correctly. Server checks confirm each property's data stays scoped to itself; client checks confirm the switcher, page-header pickers, aggregate views, and empty states all respond when you switch between properties.
Static checks confirm the UI is present and ready — instant. Interaction checks click through the switcher, page-header pickers, and aggregate toggles to confirm the UI responds — slower (~20s) because they actually drive the interface. Your currently-selected property is saved at the start and restored at the end.
Inbox draft-reply diagnostic Operator only
Captures a snapshot of the AI suggested-reply state for the currently open inbox thread — what draft (if any) is loaded, which flags are set, and what the suggestion banner is showing. Open the thread that's misbehaving first, then run this.
Leave the input blank to snapshot the currently-open thread. Or type a guest's first name (e.g.
Patricia) or a booking ID (e.g. 17673350) to inspect a specific thread regardless of what's open. If multiple threads match, the diagnostic returns all of them.Inbox preview diagnostic Operator only
Read-only snapshot of what each inbox row is showing as its preview, why that preview was chosen, and whether we have the latest direction (inbound/outbound) for each thread. Use when a row is stuck on an old preview or an outbound message you sent isn't showing.

Diagnoses why the sidebar Inbox badge can lag behind the bell counter. Captures the badge's current number, what the bell is showing (cached + a fresh fetch), the latest message timestamps for each thread, and the per-thread unread totals. Read-only.
Workflow history cleanup Operator only
Cleans up duplicate run-history entries — pairs of "paused then completed" rows for the same workflow run. Click Preview first to see what would be removed; nothing is written until you click Apply. Each cleanup is logged.
Property hierarchy diagnostic Operator only
Read-only snapshot of property groups — what the server is returning, what the browser has cached, what the Timeline is showing, and what's saved locally. Run it, click Copy, send the JSON to support. Touches nothing — no writes, no cache changes.
Door-code diagnostic Operator only
Inspect or push a guest's door code. Inspect is read-only — lists every access code currently on the locks. Push for booking sends the code (last 4 digits of the guest's phone) to every connected lock for the booking's stay window. Revoke removes the codes Casari pushed for a single booking. Each action returns the full response so you can send it to support.
"Inspect all codes" lists every code currently on every lock — Casari's, the host's manually added codes, and any unmanaged ones — along with each lock's online state and code-length limits. "Push for booking" re-sends the last-4-of-phone code for the entered booking; safe to run more than once — if the code is already there it's left alone. "Revoke for booking" removes the codes Casari pushed for that booking from every lock.
Workflow trigger diagnostic Operator only
"Why didn't this workflow fire?" For a booking, lists every workflow and explains for each one whether it would fire today — and if not, why (draft status, booking ineligible, date doesn't match, already fired today). Each row has a Force-fire button that skips every check and runs the workflow against the booking right now. Force-fires are logged.

Impersonate customer Operator only
Temporarily run Casari as another customer account to help debug their setup. Every action you take while impersonating is logged under YOU, never the customer. Default duration is 30 minutes; max is 60. Hit Exit any time to return to your own session.
A persistent amber banner appears at the top of every page while impersonation is active so you can never forget you're inside someone else's account. The banner has its own Exit button. Impersonation auto-expires at the configured time; refreshing the page after expiry drops you back to your normal session.
